Jason Connor
Children's Pastor
| Jason is a native to Jefferson County growing up in the De Soto area. He met his wife Tracy (originally from Iowa) @ Rhema Bible College in Tulsa & they have been married since 1997. They have two children- Aaron is the oldest (he loves video games & Star Wars stuff) & Jessica (who loves Hannah Montana, ICarly, & anything pink). Both Tracy & Jason specialized in youth ministry while @ Rhema. Jason has also worked in the professional treatment environment for adolescents including Shadow Mountain Hospital (Tulsa), Jefferson County Juvenile Detention, the Jefferson County Mentor program, & the Missouri Division of Youth Services (DYS). Jason also worked @ Joyce Meyer Ministries for over 4 years doing warehouse distribution, prepping the grand opening of the St. Louis Dream Center, & working in the broadcast department’s media traffic duplication/shipping area before taking the position @ Victory. Jason & Tracy are the Children’s Pastors of Victory Church’s 1st-6th grade ministry known as Kidz Planet. Jason is also a self taught videographer & video editor who currently creates the majority of videos shown throughout the many ministries of Victory Church. Jason enjoys spending time with his family & friends, backpacking, fishing & target shooting. Working with kids comes natural to him because he still claims to be a 12 year old on the inside! |
