Our Parking Lot Renewal is coming soon!

1. New Parking Lot Behind the Youth Center - FINISHED!

2. Foyer enlargement and remodel - FINISHED!
God has done a great thing through all the awesome people here at Victory Church!

3. Parking additions and renewal - NEXT
Currently we don't yet need to add the additional parking in the east field on the Pevely side of the church. However, we really DO need to redo/repair our current lots. We now have a solid bid from a good company on this, and it's right around $100K also. We are also investigating another method, to make sure we are making the right choice that will last. This is one of those projects that you sort of hate to do because it doesn't give you any "new" features to show for it, but yet it's very important as in a couple years we could be facing enough breakup of our lots that people could have trouble walking on them! They are 23 years old, so we've done pretty good!

4. Technology improvements and simulcast service preparation
We have all of the cable ready from our Conduit Work Day, thanks to our volunteers. We are continuing to buy equipment and make preparations behind the scenes, but we won’t launch any simulcast services until our 9:30 and 11:15am services are overflowing.

5. New kitchen and café
We now have drawings and plans completely done for the new café.
As we estimated, the total cost for the entire new kitchen, done in stainless steel to meet large group requirements and to meet modern fire and health and safety codes, is right at $100K or a bit more. It will work for large food events as well as having a cafe' retail aspect also. The owner of the company who is helping us do this is a friend and a Christian who does lots of designs for churches, and he's very good! He basically did the design for free! We will do this project as funds are available.

6. New missions building
Construction plans are continuing to be drawn for the new missions building, and costs/bids/options are being researched to get the most for our money. We have a businessman in our church who is helping us secure sub-contractors and suppliers at really reduced costs! This building will also help us with more office space. Plus, it will provide prayer and conference rooms. We don't have any final costs yet. We will do it as God provides the funds, and after our crucial projects above are funded.

We want to continue to say a special "Thank You!" for everyone's participation in giving and pledging to our CFC3 campaign! We'll continue to keep you updated as we progress. In the next few weeks we will have an updated CFC3 financial report out, along with pledge reports to date for everyone. The pledge reports will go out by mail, and the financial report and the new foyer updated sketches will be in the Bulletin. Please be praying with us for God's favor and help in every aspect of CFC3! We know He is with us and for us! "Forward Ever, Backward Never!"
