At Victory Church we believe it's very important for every Christian to keep growing spiritually. Otherwise, we tend to "stagnate", stay immature and childish, and generally stay unfulfilled and miss out on God's best for our lives. Salvation is really a "journey" in our life - from the moment we enter into a relationship with Christ as our Lord and Savior, until the moment our bodies die and we pass fully into God's presence. (Unless we happen to be alive when Christ returns, which, as we look at Bible prophecy and our current world situation, could just happen!) All along our spiritual journey, much like the great Christian classic by John Bunyan, "The Pilgrim's Progress", the Lord wants to teach us, develop us, and use us to make a difference in our world! This is what The Disciple's Journey at Victory is all about. It is our spiritual growth track. It is made up of several core classes we call "paths". The Disciple's Journey meets periodically on Sunday evenings from 4-8pm and includes childcare and a pizza supper. You can take a new path each time we meet. Each path is self-contained, one Sunday each, and they progress from Path 1 through Path 4.

The Disciple's Journey paths are...

Path 1 - CONNECT - This is our membership class. It's a "no obligation" class that will give you an overview of many aspects Victory Church. It's a required class for membership at Victory, and after taking it you will be able to join the church if you feel God is placing you here.

Path 2 - GROW - This class teaches you how to personally keep growing spiritually once you've received Christ as your Savior.

Path 3 - SERVE - This class will help you discover your spiritual gifts and how to discover destiny and fulfillment through serving God in His church.

Path 4 - REACH - This class will help you gain confidence in sharing your faith with others and touching a lost world - seeing God use you to make a difference in our world for Christ!

We also offer other Path Classes like Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Gifts of the Holy Spirit, How to Recognize a Cult, etc. These can be taken after our core classes.
